Dear Fellow Investor:  Rest Assured, You Are Not Alone

As you know, we are living through some very trying economic times.  It is hard to determine who is speaking truth. And every time we turn around we find someone wanting our hard earned money. And, today, that someone seems to be our elected Government.

If you are like almost everyone I am speaking to, you are "frozen" in place...possibly even scared!  I am sure you are asking yourself and others around you, "What next?" Or "What should I be doing to protect my real estate assets, 401Ks, stocks, savings?" Or "How can I possibly get ahead in what appears to be never-ending turmoil?"

And, if you are an active or full-time real estate investor, these questions have to be even more pressing, because our market, the real estate market, is at the epicenter of all of this financial turmoil.

OK...things look and sound pretty bad. What do we do about them?

Well, here's what I'm going to do (for you).  In fact, I have been doing this for some time now.  I have been and will be putting out as much useful information as I can about where our market is and where it is heading. I've been doing this for over 2 years.  I know, based on feedback, that the information I have been sharing with you is dead-on information...that can be taken as presented and used right now in your investing business.

I have been passing this information on in the form of my Seeds of Success blog and on my radio show which airs on WBIS 1190 AM... and I will continue to share what I believe is critical information using these media until you tell me to stop.

However, I am going to change up the format just a little, for your convenience and ease of implementation. Here's how:

First, due to the time-critical urgency of our current economy, I am going to be recording updates as frequently as every day and post them to my blog site so that you can get the most current stuff and how impacts you as an investor.  That's right - the radio show is coming off the AM Station and going on the net. Specifically, you will now be able to listen on my blog. (If you know what I'm talking about, we're "podcasting" now.)

I believe that the only way to help you to overcome your fears and getting moving again is for you to have someone in your corner. Someone willing and able to find and interpret the "tea leaves" - the trends and data emerging - daily. Why?  So that you can focus on profitable investing.

For instance, during both radio shows aired on October 6th and 7th, I spent a great deal of time focusing on what you need to be doing to get lenders to give you money... because as many of you know, if you are relying on mortgage brokers,...your business has just gone belly-up! I will also be increasing the number of times I send out time-critical articles.  You know how much I hate the print media...yet, oftentimes, valuable information is passed along via this source.  Again, you'll get this so that you can move and move quickly in this market.

Oh... and one last thing... I will try very hard to keep things brief, to-the-point and focused on actions that you need to take to succeed.
