More on the $8K Tax Credit

Hi,

Just a quick note... whether you love it or hate it, there is no dispute that the $8K first time home buyer tax credit has had a positive effect on the housing market.  At least temporarily moving it out of its doldrums.

With that being said, the level of discussion regarding its continuance has been increasing.  I will keep my eyes open for articles and news regaring this ongoing disucssion.

Will Congress extend the program?  No one knows... but as time goes on and the level of discussion intensifies, I believe the end result will be an extension.  It may not look like the current program... but there will be a program.

An LED tube is made up of hundreds of individual LEDs. They come in a variety of sizes (2, 4 or 6 feet), different temperatures (i.e. different colors of light) and varying arrays of LED Tube. They can be purchased with new fixtures, or used for retrofitting existing fixtures
