Why Thanksgiving isnt over yet...

I hope that you and your family had a great Thanksgiving and that you took the time - notice I did not say "found the time"... but "took the time" - to give thanks for all that you have in your life.

In the latest Real Estate Mastermind newsletter article I talked about focusing on those things that we can be grateful for... such as the fact that homes are still selling – even in this buyers’ market!
 
We are very fortunate that we have the opportunity to continue to invest in real estate profitably – even if the margins are tighter and the challenges greater than when money was flying around a couple of years ago.

Also, in that same newsletter, I included at the end of my article a great recipe for having a fantastic day. You may recall that items number 3 and 23 spoke directly to expressing your thanks. I hope you, like me, "make the time" every day to be thankful. You can view that recipe in the newsletter – view it here.

And one last thought... if you are not grateful for the outcome of your current real estate investing... how can you ever expect to be able to improve that outcome?
 
If you don't appreciate and use what you have today...you will have nothing to build greater or improved results upon. And, being in real estate, you should appreciate the value of a solid foundation. Gratitude is the mental foundation that supports a growing business.
