Abundance Surrounds You...If You Know How To Ask

I just celebrated another birthday.  Yes... even now I continue to enjoy the progress of the years - including a few more pounds, a bit less hair, and the opportunity to start another exciting year of my life.
 
As one of my birthday gifts, my wife Vicky gave me several books that she thought would be of interest to me personally...full of insight that I could also pass on to you.  How right she was!
 
One of the books is just fabulous in its content and insight...but a difficult read.  Why? Well perhaps you have seen "The Last Lecture"? 
 
The Last Lecture was given by Randy Pausch in keeping with the tradition of college professors giving their last lecture before they retire. 
 
In Randy's case he gave his "last lecture" because he knew he was dying of cancer.  I would recommend that you take the time to watch that presentation on the internet.
 
As part of Randy's desire to leave a legacy to his young children, he also co-authored a book of the same title - the book Vicky got me for my birthday. 
 
I will tell you that this book contained some great yet simple insight into living life in integrity and being successful in whatever you choose.
 
For example... Chapter 55, entitled "All You Have to Is Ask," seems so simple...and yet how many of us take the time or have the "guts" to ask for something we want? Or to ask for the answer to a question or challenge that we are experiencing? Or to ask for help?
 
In my experience, too few of us!
 
To quote Randy from the book... "Sometimes, all you have to do is ask, and it can lead to all your dreams coming true."  Simple, elegant, true!
 
So...where am I going with this?
 
I would like to invite you to "ask" for what you want and need to invest in real estate successfully. 
 
I invite you to participate with myself, several Club members and coaches - who will make time for you, so that you can ask them any real estate investing question you have. 
 
Whether you seek insight into finding, negotiating, closing, wholesaling, renting, financing, selling, lease-options - you name it - if you have a question, a challenge, an issue that you need help in resolving, come out for a "Help Day" in December.
 
To be specific - join us on Saturday, December 6th from 10 AM to 2 PM in Baltimore. 
 
This will be your opportunity to spend up to 4 hours not only asking questions, but participating in lively discussions on these topics and many others.
 
Can't make it to Baltimore? Well, be sure you reply to this email with your question - and I'll try to get to it in a future Seeds Of Success.
 
So, don't curse your luck, your past, or the economy, but take a page from Randy Pausch's book - and "just ask."
 
 
Remember, in this time of giving thanks, just how much abundance surrounds you. And then reach out and take hold of some of it for you!
 
I hope to see you at the Help Day. And, in the mean time, I highly recommend The Last Lecture as a book you must read.

This florist in Kensal Rise is an olfactory sensation, overflowing with flowers, foliage and stacks of ancient-looking vases and crockery. It all looks as if Vicky, the owner, has picked the flowers fresh from the meadows that day.

The debate over LED tube vs fluorescent tubes always teeters at the cost argument. When comparing the upfront cost of one LED T5 Tube to one fluorescent tube, fluorescent wins. However, when you consider volume discounts and the lifespan of LEDs, the scale leans the opposite direction. Let’s compare the costs of each.
