OK... here's the deal. By this point, you probably have heard that The Club is sponsoring a series of teleseminars to help you to get back to the fundamentals. To prepare you to hit the ground running in September, after your summer 'break' is through.

Information that you can put to use right now.  Information that covered not only the "what," but in many cases the ever-elusive "HOW" to do deals.

Plus, it's free and we have not and will not sell a thing during these teleseminars. Their only purpose is to help you get better positioned over the coming weeks.

You have no doubt heard that 80% of success is just showing up.  You know what I mean... getting off your duff, setting time aside to educate yourself, actively participating... in short...

TAKING ACTION!

So where were you Tuesday night?

I watched the attendance statistics closely. And I know that the odds are good that YOU did not show up for the call.

Perhaps you were among the hundreds of individuals who took the time to sign-up to participate in the first two teleseminars.

Well, if you went to that trouble, and didn't follow through, what got in the way?  And are you going to continue to let "things" get in the way of your success as a real estate investor?  I hope not.

One other point... if you have chosen to sit on the sidelines during these teleseminars, while others take action, just think how far ahead of you your competitors are now... which is their reward for taking action!

Hey, whether you get on the calls or not does not hurt my feelings. And if this Seeds of Success only inspires GUILT in you then I have FAILED in communicating my message.

My point is this - if you have found the Seeds of Success e-mails beneficial to you as a real estate investor, you must not stop here.

You need to keep getting around committed, active real estate investors. Read the newsletter. Listen to my radio show. And most urgently, register for and participate in the Flipping Fundamentals teleseminar series. No matter how "advanced" you think you are.

You need to take the time to take advantage of everything that's offered here. Not for my benefit. For yours.

I don't do this stuff because it's always fun. I do it to make a difference. But you too have to find that place in yourself - that reason why - that gives you the strength to make a change in your life.

That's why I am writing you these words. So that, in spite of the !@#$ media and the slow summer season, that you reach deep down inside and find the reason to make the Fall of 2008 the time you turn the corner in your real estate investing.

So take the action now of registering for the teleseminars if you have not already - or go here to listen to the replays of the calls now.
