I was also in the first group of students The Club started coaching back in January of 2007,
the first graduate of the program, and today, I’m a coach Today! It’s all here: the back
office systems, billing, paperwork, and a program that works.

I know this because I’m a graduate.
And the system keeps getting better. Yes, the marketing works, too. My sub-group here in the
Baltimore area went from zero students to 9 in just 2 months time.

I’m so excited to be a Club Coach. I’ve known Steve Cook for a long time – he’s been the foundation
of my success as a real estate investor. I came out to take a look at The Club in Baltimore, and by
the time I left, I was a coach. By the time I got home from the airport, I had

my first student.
The Club showed me how to take advantage of the opportunity that’s been right in front of me all this time,
without the hassle of starting from scratch. Today, I can tell you that being a coach has been a fantastic
experience. We have 6 rehabs going on, 2 deals closing this month with my students, and it's been hard
to reign them in! They have just taken off. I love it so much, that it's making me a better investor.
No longer do I have to do a tight deal, since I have income coming in from The Club. I have been getting
very picky with properties, my offers are much lower, and, when I do get a deal, it's a super one.
