About The Basics:
What Is A Club-Certified Real Estate Investor Coach? back to top

As a Club-Certified Real Estate Investor Coach, you build a unique relationship with a new or seasoned real estate investor.

What makes this relationship unique? Unlike most other forms of real estate investor education:

1) This relationship is real and personal. It is one-on-one, and, frequently, face-to-face.
2) This relationship is long-term - with no definite end date.
3) Getting results for the client is your primary measure of success - not the collecting of a few testimonials from extraordinary clients.
4) Your goal as a coach is not solely to make your client money, but to help him/her achieve his/her personal life vision through real estate investing. Without this focus, we know from experience that the client has slim chances of financial success. Few people work as hard for “money” as they will to achieve their true personal aims. Few real estate investors know what their true aims are.
5) As a coach, you will always bring value to the relationship, even after basic training is complete - by providing an objective perspective and sounding board for any decision the investor will make for his or her business.
6) As a coach, you put “heart” into the relationship, by caring about your client’s success. From experience, we can tell you that if you care about your clients, you will get the best out of them and the financial rewards will follow. As a Certified Club Coach, your primary focus is on the success of your client, and you learn to trust that, when you create an environment of success for your clients, the rewards will follow.
7) To be qualified to coach others, a Certified Club Coach is not a “expert” with past experience. You are a practicing master of the craft of profiting from real estate transactions.

What Is A “Mastermind?” back to top

As Napoleon Hill - of "Think And Grow Rich" fame - taught, two minds cooperating together create a "third mind" - a force that can overcome obstacles faster and more effectively than any two minds working separately on the same problem. The Club applies this principle to the day-to-day operations of your coaching and investing business. Members bring their challenges and problems before the group, and get proven solutions and practical ideas from their peers to help them.

Practically speaking, all the members who are coached by you, the Certified Club Coach, meet together at least once or twice a month, in person, for a mastermind meeting.

The effect of this group of active, committed investors getting together each month is to form a bond between all the members and to you, the coach. Now, each person in the group has the opportunity to become a pace setter - challenging others to keep pace with their success - and each member holds each other accountable for the goals that they share in the group.

By using the tested format developed by The Club Founders, you, as a coach, will see your members achieve more thanks to this unique, peer-learning environment.

What Is The Club Mastermind? back to top

The Club Mastermind, or “The Club,” is an exclusive mastermind for real estate investors, who want the guidance of a seasoned investor, networking with like-minded, driven people, and the accountability from others who won’t accept anything less than bottom-line results.

Members come alongside their experienced “Certified Club Coach.” They complete three deals, from start to finish. Members joint-venture with their coach to find, fix, finance and sell three deals. By then, members have faced and overcome 90% of the challenges that arise in the course of doing a deal. They go on to network with the mastermind and do deals on their own.

What Do I Get Out Of Being A Coach? back to top

As a Club coach you give lots of value to your clients. And you realize a tremendous return on your efforts. Some of the benefits are that you:

Do less, make more
• Earn consistent income (our coaches are receiving checks every month- About $4000 on the low side upwards of $15-20k)
Rely on a built-in, fully-qualified buyers list for your wholesale deals
• Handle less paperwork
Make no mortgage payments and, most of all…
• Experience daily the satisfaction of helping others.

As a certified Club coach, you learn as they teach, you sharpen your skills, you streamline your business and are compensated well for doing it.

Why’s It Important To Have Support As A Coach? back to top

Without the structure of support provided by The Club Home Office, I (Steve Cook) can tell you from personal experience, there is no way I could coach the number of members I do - providing them with the consistent quality of service that I do - and still enjoy what I consider non-negotiable time with my loved ones and my hobbies.

And equally - turning this part of the business over to others allows you to focus on doing what you love best - deals - and getting them done with and through your members.

How Do I Get Started? back to top

I’m Already Busy Handling My Current Investing Business. Where Will I Find The Time To Coach? back to top

Are you ready for this... we have found that current coaches have actually seen an increase in available time for themselves and their family as well as an improvement in the overall operations in their current business. The biggest reason for this is two-fold. One, what you teach you learn... so our coaches are finding better more effective ways to run their current businesses through their experiences as coaches. And, two... for most coaches they no longer have to do the number of deals required to make a living, because these deals are now being accomplished via joint venture agreements with their members.

What Can I Expect To Earn As A Coach With The Club? back to top

While your efforts will play a part in your results, the best way to answer this is to tell you what other coaches are doing.

Our first-year coaches are on track to make about $60,000 on the low side, while others can make well in excess of $100,000 in their first year.

Once you have coach filled your group (8 to 12 students), a coach can expect to make $100,000 upwards of $250,000 per year.

And, surprisingly, The hours that it takes to coach your members is minimal.

I Have (Tried To) Run A Coaching Program, But It Hasn’t Been Profitable For Me. Can You Help Me? back to top

The short answer is “Yes!” Assuming that you, too, are coachable. In other words, assuming you’re willing to follow the systems and procedures The Club has put in place to ensure your success. The Club has spent the last two years going through the trial and error of making sure that you as a coach will get results. Our systems, processes, one-on-one support and overall "done-for-you" program will bring profits, just like your help (and the systems you offer as a Certified Club Coach) will bring profits for your clients.
That said, ultimately, your success and failure depends on the actions you take. You would not be as successful in your real estate investing if you did not understand this.
So take action now and get more information about The Certified Club Coach program.

Can’t I Just Coach On My Own? What Does The Club Bring To The Table That’s Different From Me Figuring This Out For Myself? back to top

Glad you asked. Of course, the answer is, “yes, you can do this on your own.”

In fact, that is exactly the way the co-Founders did it prior to creating The Club Mastermind concept. What they found, however, was that their paychecks were unpredictable, and the amount of time they spent with each student was high. Sometimes, it was hard to get paid at all for providing advice.

That’s why we’ve taken the time to put this entire system together - for your benefit. We’ve tested and proven our marketing systems. We’ve formalized the qualification process and the client relationship. We even handle much of the paperwork and collections for you. Now, as a Certified Club Coach, the only thing you have to be concerned with as a coach is helping your members to become successful investors.

Still hesitating? Then there’s just one more thing that may be hindering you:

Obviously, every decision you make has a cost and a reward. So, perhaps you’re concerned that paying The Club for our help means less money for you.

Frankly, if this is your approach and your way of thinking - I’m glad it came up early. Because we screen our coaches for this attitude or belief.

Here’s why: if you think that more for you means less for another, then it will be your students who are the poorer for it. You will be in competition with them to succeed in your market. (Believe me, we have first-hand experience in this type of organization - one of our Founders made the mistake of getting involved with a teacher early on in his career who approached the business this way.)

Really, this question gets to the very heart of what The Club is about - providing an exceptional member experience.

The difference between doing this on your own or with The Club is simple:

Few independent coaches - regardless of their talent - can bring a high level of value to more than one or two people. And it’s difficult to make a living from just a couple of students.

Contrast that with the Certified Club Coach who, supported by a coaching organization and a MASTERMIND of coaches, gets to implement the ideas and solutions of a large group of coaches. All the Certified Club Coaches are focused on creating the best experience for their clients, and sharing their insights, breakthroughs, and troubleshooting their challenges together! You, and your members, will benefit directly from this national “mastermind.”

Not to mention the ease and speed with which you can build and operate your coaching business by relying on our systems.

So - yes, there is a cost and a reward for getting involved with The Club. Take the time you need to see how much lower the costs are, and how much great are the rewards of aligning yourself with The Club Mastermind.

And then, get qualified to become a Certified Club Coach!

If You (Pete & Steve) Already Make Good Money Coaching, Why Are You Training & Supporting Other Coaches? back to top

Make no mistake, business is about results, leverage, and profit.

First, we have been getting great results with our local members. When we saw how well it was working for ourselves and our students, we knew that this could work for others across the country.

Beyond that, we see that far too many investors are failing - not due to their own shortcomings, but a lack of quality support that would allow them to get a return on their investment...in books, CDs, and seminars. We have proven that The Club can do better through a focus on results for our clients - both the coaches and members - through excellent systems and one-to-one relationships.

As the Founders of The Club, we use the systems we’ve developed to free up our time - to create leverage. And, frankly, we are able to manage our own property investing, our member’s deals, and still have time left over, using these systems.

And that leaves time for us to generate profits through this business venture - by helping coaches and members to profit across the country.

In short, when there is such a strong need for an approach that works, a smart businessperson fills that niche. And we invite you - if you are a successful investor - to do something that others simply don’t seem to be willing to do - to give investors what they both want and need...a long-term relationship with high-return on the investment of time.

About Qualifying To Be A Coach:
How Can I Tell If Becoming A Club Mastermind Coach Is For Me? back to top

The Club Mastermind Coaching is for you, if you:

Have generated over $200,000 in net income from your real estate investing efforts in the past 5 years. (Not there yet? Ask us about our “Apprentice” coach program.)

Are dissatisfied with the steadiness and predictability of your current investing income

Are willing to implement a second, complementary income stream to your existing real estate investing business, that requires no more than one day a week of your time

Are a person who conducts business putting ethics before profits and would never sacrifice your word for the sake of making an extra buck (We lose a lot of people right here, and that’s OK by us.)

Care about the success of other investors - particularly your own members - and are willing to help members overcome their financial baggage and past mistakes and to help them profit from their deals

How Much Time Will I Need To Invest To Be Successful? back to top

The Club has developed a system for coaching that is simple and effective. I (Steve Cook) am currently able to coach about 50 students in less then 10 hours per week. We don’t expect all coaches to be able to do this much, I'm just trying to make a point.

What we're offering to you is the support that you need to be an active coach without having to run the organization. We’re making it easy on you, the coach. You can rely on our staff to handle all of the administrative tasks associated with running such an organization.

Do I Have To Be A Natural Teacher? back to top

No, you don't have to be a natural teacher. What you have to be is willing to put the success of each one of your members in front of your success. You must be willing to share your experiences, knowledge, network, and be coachable yourself so that you can in turn be the best coach your members have ever had.

Do I Have To Have Prior Coaching Experience To Make This Work? back to top

No, you do not have to have prior coaching experience. Obviously, while having that experience would shorten your learning curve, we are prepared through our intensive training program, open access to the Founders and staff, and one-on-one training to ensure that you will always have the knowledge and tools you need to excel as a Certified Club Coach.

Do I Have To Flip Homes For A Living To Be A Coach? What If I’m A Landlord? A Wholesaler? A Commercial RE Investor? back to top

This is one area where experience "rehabbing" is critical. For the long-term success of our investors, every member completes all the crucial stages of a project: purchase, financing, renovation, and sale, into the homeowners market. As a credible coach, in order to assist your members to achieve this objective, we believe it critical that you can take your members through this process.

Contact us if you have further questions about your qualifications.
